Hyderabad:

Saifabad Police Station SHO booked two cases under 138/2025 and 141/2025 against the individual identified as Mohammed Zakir, Hyderabad City Police confirmed on Saturday.

Israel intensified violence against Gaza over the last two days, killing over 300 Palestinians and wounding several more over the last three days. The humanitarian situation has sharply deteriorated as Israel prevented food, water and medicine from entering the strip since March 2.

Israel has said that it officially launched an offensive named ‘Gideon’s Chariots’, in which the state intends to push Palestinians to a ‘humanitarian zone’ in Rafah, South Gaza and clear rest of Gaza through airstrikes, ground offensive and extreme violence against civilians.

Palestinian militant group Hamas had killed over 700 Israeli civilians and over 400 IDF personnel on October 7 while taking 250 people hostage. Israel has imposed a land, sea, air blockade on Gaza since 2007 and a military occupation on the West bank and East Jerusalem since 1967.

Over 53,000 people have been killed in Gaza in Israeli airstrikes since October 2023. Israel unilaterally broke the ceasefire on March 18, killing 450 people and injuring many more.
