Sunny Deol’s recent hit, Gadar 2, earned Rs 625.54 crore in India. So, will the actor be able to recreate the same Box Office magic? Here is how Jaat is performing in theaters.

Sunny Deol’s Jaat released in theaters on April 10, 2025. Quite a hype has surrounded this action-packed film. Sunny Deol’s on-screen macho persona and an entertaining script make this film everything the audience expects from Salman Khan’s Sikandar. With a decent Rs 9.5 crore at the Box Office on its opening day, Jaat is expected to have a moderate run.

Parallely, films such as Sikandar and L2: Empuraan have been giving Jaat some competition. Sikandar’s day 13 collection stands at Rs 108.14 crore, while Empuraan has earned Rs 103.28 crore in Nett India collections so far.

According to the industry tracker, Sacnilk, the Sunny Deol-starrer, Jaat has managed to cross Rs 15 crore at the Box Office. With an opening day collection of Rs 9.5 crore and Rs 7 crore on day 2, Jaat’s total collection so far stands at Rs 16.5 crore. It is yet to see if the action film gains momentum as the weekend ushers in. However, this film is soon set to cross Ziddi’s Box Office collection, Sunny Deol’s 10th highest-grossing film.

Recently, at an event, Hema Malini and Esha Deol reacted to the release of the film and wished Sunny all the best for the film’s success. “I heard that it has opened with a very big bumper. Bohot hi achcha lag raha he ki logo ko bohot achcha lag raha hai. Dharam (Dharmendra) ji bohot khush hai. Mujhe bhi bohot khushi hai (I feel so happy that people are happy with the film. Dharam ji is also very happy). The film is so good, I believe!” said Hema Malini.
