BTS’ 12th anniversary:
The anniversary celebrations carry extra significance this year, as it coincides with BTS members reuniting following the recent completion of military service by Jin, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Suga remains the only member still enlisted, though his discharge is expected this month.
The group’s annual FESTA celebration, a beloved tradition among fans, was launched on 31 May and will culminate with a two-day fan event on 13 and 14 June at the KINTEX Exhibition Centre 2 in Goyang, South Korea. The event is anticipated to be filled with emotional reunions and nostalgic performances.
As per fan pages on social media, the note was shared via Weverse and quickly translated and circulated among the ARMY community worldwide.

The message, written in an intimate tone, captured RM’s mix of disbelief, gratitude, and admiration for the journey BTS has undertaken since their 2013 debut. “Happy Birthday, BTS. 6/13 is here again. I can’t believe it’s June 13 again. I’ve been waiting, waiting, really waiting,” he wrote.
He continued, “The 12th anniversary. 12 years old! It feels like my niece from the multiverse. I’m glad you grew up well. Listen to your parents – well, maybe just a little (sic).”
Notably, RM acknowledged the group’s evolution through hardships, growth, and transformation, both as artists and as individuals. Across social media platforms, fans reacted in waves. Countless posts expressed how RM’s message had touched their hearts.
