Nothing Phone (3) set to launch in July

Nothing has confirmed the launch of its flagship smartphone, the Phone 3, in July 2025. Expected features include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 6.77-inch LTPO AMOLED display, and a 50MP camera.

New Delhi:

Nothing promises Nothing Phone (3) comes with a premium build and better performance. While details about the phone are not confirmed yet, early reports hint at substantial upgrades to the display, performance and design. He suggested that the software will contain new AI tools, promising that it will work smarter and feel more intuitive.

Nothing, a tech company based in London, has publicly announced that the Nothing Phone (3) will be released in July 2025. The Phone 3 is considered the company’s “first flagship phone,” demonstrating big changes for the brand. The device will be priced at around £800 (approximately ₹90,000), placing it alongside Apple, Samsung and OnePlus, CEO Carl Pei revealed.

Nothing Phone 3: What to expect

Reports from Smartprix and Digit indicate that the Nothing Phone (3), known internally as “Metroid” and model number A024, may include a 6.77-inch LTPO AMOLED display and support a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The phone is expected to have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, along with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Because of these features, the Phone 3 belongs in the flagship category.

The OLED display may be paired with a redesigned triple-camera module featuring a 50MP main sensor and a 32MP front-facing camera. The phone is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery that can be charged at 50W wired and 20W wireless speeds, meaning you can expect both strong battery life and quick charging times.

AI is set to become more important in Nothing OS for the year ahead. Carl Pei hinted at “AI-powered interactions” that will appear in the Phone 3 and then be updated in the future. As a result of these improvements, users may see improved notifications, better help from voice assistance and a smarter overall system, opening a new era for the company.

The Phone 3 is expected to keep the transparent back, but with better materials this time. This design could feature a metal frame and a glass back, making it look classy. The GSM database and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) now show the device, indicating that it will soon be released.
