Flyers scheduled to catch flights from Delhi Airport, take note! A leading airline on Wednesday announced that runway upgradation work is on at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport and is expected to continue until July. 

This maintenance work may impact the flight schedules.

The advisory further said, “This maintenance is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the airport infrastructure and overall travel experience.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We remain committed to ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free journey for you and your loved ones.”

Leading Indian airline, Indigo said on X, “Runway upgradation work is currently underway at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, and is expected to continue until July. During this period, the flight schedules may get impacted, and we advise all customers to closely monitor their flight status on our website or app before heading to the airport.”
