And this time, the hype over it is bigger, especially in Indians, as Shah Rukh Khan is making his debut at the gala and will reportedly slay in a Sabyasachi ensemble. Not only Shah Rukh Khan, but Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani are also set for their grand debut. Additionally, Priyanka Chopra returns to the biggest fashion night of the year for the fifth time.

Shah Rukh Khan set for Met Gala 2025

Indian ace fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee has put together an ensemble for global star Shah Rukh Khan, who is set for a grand debut at the Met Gala 2025. And we just can’t wait to witness Shah Rukh’s desi yet sartorial look at the global event. However, he will be having a tough competition with Hollywood stars who are veterans at the Met.

When and where to watch Met Gala 2025

Met Gala 2025 will kick off in the US on May 5 at 4:30 pm and the main event will begin at 6 pm EST. For Indian viewers, the coverage will begin at 3:30 am IST on May 6, Tuesday. You can catch the real-time coverage at the official Met Gala livestream. Viewers can also tune into Vogue’s YouTube channel, which will also livestream the global event.

Meanwhile, other Indians to walk the red carpet are Isha Ambani, Natasha Poonawalla, and Mona Patel. This year’s theme is ‘Superfine: Tailoring Black Style’, which draws inspiration from Monica L. Miller’s book ‘Slaves to Fashion’ (2009). International celebs at the Met Gala are Ariana Grande, Kendall Jenner, Zendaya, Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Zoe Zaldana, Miley Cyrus, Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, and Usher, among others
