Dhanashree Verma is facing backlash for accepting Rs 4.75 crore alimony from Yuzvendra Chahal. Recently, the choreographer took to her Instagram handle and shared a glimpse of her recent music video. However, soon after the post was shared, netizens rushed to the comments section and bashed Verma for accepting alimony.

One of the users asked Dhanashree if she has no self-respect and wrote, “Idk if she got cheated by him or not, but if she got, then why is she even accepting a huge amount of money in the form of alimony from him even after getting cheated. How can she live with his money? Doesn’t she have any self-respect left?" Some of the netizens also called Dhanashree “chorni" which means thief.
