But this event marked the first time the couple stepped out in front of an international audience. Both Aamir and Gauri wore beautiful traditional Indian clothes. Aamir picked a fashionable black kurta-pyjama and sported a shawl over his shoulders. Gauri looked lovely in a white saree with a pleasant flower pattern that stood out against Aamir's darker attire.

Bollywood star Aamir Khan surprised everyone after he appeared at a public event with his girlfriend, Gauri Spratt, for the very first time. The couple attended the Macau International Comedy Festival in China on April 12, where they made headlines not just for their presence, but also for how adorable they looked together.

During the event, Aamir appeared to be excitedly introducing Gauri to well-known actors Shen Teng and Ma Li from China. The four of them were even photographed smiling. The video clip made its way around social media incredibly quickly. Another viral video clip that circulated from that night shows Aamir arriving at the venue and turning to Gauri and then back at the camera. He gently reached for her hand, and the couple smiled at each other. This small interaction won the hearts of many fans online.

Aamir officially confirmed his relationship with Gauri during his 60th birthday celebrations on March 14. Speaking to the media, Aamir said, "I thought it would be a nice occasion for you all to meet her, besides we won't have to keep hiding... She is from Bangalore, and we’ve known each other for 25 years. But we truly connected just a year and a half ago. She was in Mumbai by chance, we met again, stayed in touch, and everything happened naturally." He also revealed that the two have been living together for the past year.
