Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is set to return to the big screen with his much-anticipated film Sikandar, slated for a theatrical release on March 30. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film marks Khan’s first collaboration with Rashmika Mandanna and promises a compelling mix of action and emotional drama.

The film boasts an ensemble cast, including Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi, in pivotal roles. Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Sikandar is expected to offer a blend of high-octane action and heartfelt storytelling.

Breaking away from the traditional Friday release pattern, Sikandar will premiere on a Sunday, much like Khan’s previous film Tiger 3, which coincided with Diwali in 2023. While some industry experts questioned the unconventional timing of Tiger 3, Khan appears to be following a similar strategy with his latest venture.

Sikandar explores modern family dynamics, particularly the relationship between a husband and wife, a theme Murugadoss emphasizes as the film’s emotional core. Unlike his previous blockbuster Ghajini, which revolved around a romantic tragedy, Sikandar delves into how contemporary couples navigate relationships, highlighting aspects often overlooked in daily life.
