The Traitors episodes 4, 5 and 6 review: Raftaar, Maheep eliminated; Uorfi vows to shave her head

Episodes 4 to 6 of The Traitors bring emotional blowouts, shocking exits, and fiery face-offs. As Raftaar and Maheep get eliminated, Uorfi’s vow to shave her head stuns viewers, while the real traitors, Elnaaz and Purav, continue to slither under the radar.

New Delhi:

Episodes 4, 5 and 6 from The Traitors dropped on Thursday night (June 19) on Prime Video. And it is needless to say that they marked a significant shift in tone and tension for the Karan Johar-hosted survival reality show.

Although the high-octane thrill the format promises is still sporadically felt, what these episodes lacked in gamesmanship was more than compensated for by deception, shifting alliances, and emotional blowouts that kept viewers bingeing.

The Traitors Episodes 4, 5 and 6 review:

The intrigue deepened in Episode 5 when the traitors were given the option to recruit a new member instead of committing murder. The offer was sent to a female contestant, but it was declined.

Meanwhile, Karan Johar announced a “hit list” comprising Janhvi, Uorfi, Anshula, and Harsh. A special task was staged to help save them from being the next victims, though it couldn’t guarantee their safety from suspicion. One task completed by a traitor in front of others was described as “praiseworthy,” a testament to their growing confidence.

Episode 6 spiralled into chaos. Uorfi Javed and Raftaar were seen trading fiery accusations, with Uorfi declaring, “Raftaar pagal ho gaya hai, baukhla gaya hai.” She even vowed, “If I turn out to be the traitor, I’ll shave my head.” Raftaar, not one to stay silent, snapped back, “If I turn out to be the traitor, I will stop rapping.” Sufi Motiwala chimed in, declaring Raftaar’s behaviour as “spiralling,” adding, “He has lost it.”

By the end of the sixth episode, four more eliminations shocked the viewers –Raftaar, Maheep Kapoor, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Mukesh Chhabra were all out. These exits left contestants shaken, especially since none of the eliminated had done anything overtly suspicious, while the real traitors remained untouched.

By Episode 4, the early eliminations of Raj Kundra, Sahil Salathia, Karan Kundrra, and Lakshmi Manchu had already unsettled the palace’s social balance. Contestants were seen floundering, second-guessing, and, at times, imploding in frustration. Much of the confusion stemmed from the fact that presumed traitors had turned out to be innocents.
