Actor Kartik Aaryan and filmmaker Karan Johar’s upcoming film, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, finally has a release date. Backed by Dharma Productions, the film is scheduled to release on Valentine’s Day 2026.

For those who are unaware, Karan Johar and Kartik had a fallout, following which Dostana 2 was shelved.

Kartik Aaryan’s work front

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, alongside Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit. The movie became a blockbuster hit and is currently streaming on Netflix. Apart from Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, the actor reportedly has Aashiqui 3 in his pipeline.

The movie, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri‘s official announcement was made on December 25, 2024, with Karan Johar calling it the “Best Christmas gift”.

However, the first look and other details about the movie, its plot and the female lead are still awaited. The film also marks the first collaboration between Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar after their fallout.

Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri release date out

Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan’s reunion project, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, is set to release in theatres on January 13, 2026, just a day before Valentine’s Day. The movie is directed by Sameer Vidhwans, who also directed the Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer Satyaprem Ki Katha.

According to reports, Ananya Panday will play the role of the female lead opposite Kartik Aaryan. If it turns out to be true, then the film will mark the second collaboration between Ananya and Kartik after Pati Patni Aur Woh.

The upcoming rom-com, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Bhumika Tewari, Shareen Mantri Kedia and Kishor Arora. Let’s delve into further details!
