In a significant effort to embrace mobile gaming in India, Jio has collaborated with KRAFTON India, the publisher of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), to introduce the first gaming-specific mobile plan in the country. Hailed as an unprecedented step for any telecom operator in India, the Jio Gaming Pack offers high-speed 5G connectivity and in-game benefits, which are all brought under one recharge.

BGMI skins and cloud gaming access

Premium skins, including the Bard Journey Set and the Desert Taskforce Mask, are available to unlock by the subscribers. The JioGames Cloud membership will give access to over 500 cloud-based games, which you can play on your smartphone, set-top box, the web, and Android TV without having to download a game or console.

Gaming plans and benefits

Jio has two plans on the gaming pack. The 1.5GB/day + 5GB extra data, unlimited voice calling, and JioGames Cloud subscription pack out of Rs 495 also come with exclusive BGMI skins. The Rs 545 pack has unlimited 5G data, 2GB/day + 5GB data, and unlimited voice calling, which is valid for 28 days.

How to claim in-game rewards

Users must recharge with the gaming pack, locate their BGMI codes in the MyJio app, and redeem at the BGMI official redemption portal to redeem the rewards. On successful redemption a confirmation message will be displayed.

The Jio Gaming Pack is available to recharge through the MyJio app and the official site of Jio. This launch is an indication of Jio’s desire to improve digital life, and it concentrates more on games, connectivity, and value-added services.
