Jio reacharge :

Jio’s most affordable monthly recharge plan is back. Available exclusively via the MyJio app, this plan is priced at Rs 189 and offers 28 days of validity along with 2GB of data, unlimited calling, 300 SMS, and a subscription to JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud.

While this is not an entirely new plan, it was discontinued since the introduction of call-only plans as per the directions from the telecom Regulatory Authority of Indis (TRAI)

, and the plan has been reinstated now.

Listed under the “Affordable Packs” section, users can access this plan via the MyJio app. It is designed for those who want the cheapest monthly recharge plan with minimal data benefits. This plan differs from Jio’s Rs 1,748 and Rs 448 voice-only plans, which do not include any data benefits.

While the effective per-month cost of Jio’s Rs 1,748 recharge plan is lower when compared to the Rs 189 monthly recharge plan, it is worth noting that the latest affordable plan provides additional data benefits, which could be crucial for accessing internet services.

Even if a user quickly consumes the 2GB of data, the plan allows them to add additional data packs as needed—a useful feature, especially for those who may require extra mobile data.

This plan is ideal for users who use a Jio SIM card as a secondary phone number and for those who have a high-speed broadband connection and do not want to spend significantly more on mobile recharges.
